Training Manager

Are you passionate about turning complex technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences? As our Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste-to-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG) and Power-to-X (PtX) plants, helping their teams operate and maintain our technologies safely and effectively.

- Manage client training activities from start to finish , ensuring that the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards and budget are met throughout the project. - Develop tailored training concepts and materials , including interactive learning systems, online content, graphics, animations and project-specific terminology. - Coordinate training delivery with all relevant stakeholders , including clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning and operations teams, technical specialists and translation providers. - Deliver and supervise classroom, hands-on training and online training for shift team leaders, operators and maintenance personnel, including approximately three months of international site travel per year. - Drive the continuous improvement of our training solutions by enhancing training methods and software, supporting tender and budget preparation, developing internal Academy programes and sharing lessons learned across future projects.
