International Organization Job Description - Drive managers, employees, and guests between various destinations, including airports and train stations. - Provide transportation services for VIPs and visitors according to operational requirements. - Deliver and collect documents from diplomatic missions, consulates, international organizations, and other partners. - Transport goods, equipment, and supplies as required by the service. - Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records. - Carry out any other duties related to the role as required by operational needs. - Demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional work outside normal business hours. The Successful Applicant - Excellent driving skills and thorough knowledge of road safety regulations. - Valid Swiss D1 driving licence required (cars and minibuses). - Good knowledge of the Geneva area and its key international and institutional stakeholders. - Proficient in using GPS navigation systems and route-planning applications. - Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and first-level troubleshooting. - Fluency in French or English. - Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
