Ocean Manager

To strengthen our team in Kloten, Zuerich or in  Morbio Inferiore, Ticino  we are looking for a motivated and experienced  Manager in the Seafreight sector. Major Duties and Responsibilities - Maintain and develop a positive relationship with assigned accounts through pro-active communication and providing timely and accurate information - Create and maintain an effective department organization - Prepare, execute, monitor and update at regular intervals the business plan for the department - Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product - Ensure that productivity and profitability goals for ocean department are met - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors - Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations - Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department   Expeditors International , headquartered in Seattle, Washington, is one of the world's leading providers of global logistics solutions.
