Manager Process Engineering - Energy Systems

- Member of the unit management team and deputy for related functional areas. - Contribute to defining and implementing departmental strategy and represent the engineering function externally. - Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary leadership, training, and resource optimization. - Support project execution and tendering activities while ensuring active participation of team members in project work. - Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems, components, and project deliverables within budget and quality standards. - Monitor budgets, costs, and resource allocation, taking corrective actions when required. - Drive employee development through hiring, coaching, mentoring, training, and career planning. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, business processes, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
