Cluster Reservations Agent (f/m/d)

How does your working day look like... - You will be part of our newly established Reservations Team and actively contribute your ideas and experience - You will handle individual and group reservations through our various booking channels, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded in the system - You will be the point of contact for our guests, handling reservation enquiries by phone and email - You will monitor our hotel and reservations inboxes and ensure that all enquiries are handled promptly - You will work daily with our PMS and reservation systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date guest and booking data - You will manage and maintain room allotments and allocations - You will handle invoice amendments as well as the review and dispatch of group invoices - You will maintain guest profiles in Opera Cloud and ensure a high level of data quality - You will keep an eye on our returning guests and take care of guest recognition and our relationships with regular guests - You will find the right solution for special guest requests and complaints, always aiming to create a positive experience - And above all: Together with the team, you will ensure that our guests feel well taken care of even before they arrive In Zurich, we are home three times over: at 25hours Hotel Zurich West, 25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse and Mama Shelter Zurich.
