How does your working day look like... - You take care of smooth processes and workplaces, so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even if all guests come at the same time. - You enjoy working with people and taking care of the well-being of others. - As a trained gastronome you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow in the guest's face - Preparation and serving of creative Spritz drinks as well as other cocktails and long drinks for the restaurant and Bar - Advising guests on our drinks and recommending suitable combinations - Responsibility for ordering and stocking spirits and other drinks - Ensuring the quality and attractive presentation of drinks - Supporting the development of new Spritz creations - Cash register activities and accounting at the end of the shift - Organization and maintenance of the bar area At the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer.
