Technical Business Analyst - Mobile Platform

You will be working in a brand-new team that is defining the future Mobile Banking experience for our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of talented engineers to define, design, and develop new features for next-generation applications. The role focuses on supporting customers globally. You will work closely with our product team to deliver high-quality apps. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of exciting and challenging projects, contributing to cutting-edge global banking initiatives. The team works in an agile environment, closely collaborating with customers and partners to support a broad international client base, and to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving market demands. Your key tasks - Analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery - Contribute hands-on to the implementation of mobile features by developing and reviewing code in Kotlin Multiplatform - Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable and secure mobile banking solutions, including API integrations and backend interactions - Lead and facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, align on solution design, and drive decision-making across business and technical stakeholders - Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release management Founded and headquartered in Switzerland, Avaloq is continuously expanding its global footprint with around 2,500 colleagues in 12 countries, and more than 170 clients in 35 countries.
