HR Business Partner - temporary contract

- 4-6 month temporary role - HR BP, international environment

Our client is a well known organisation based in the Lausanne area. Job Description - Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the organisation - Manage the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and offboarding - Recruitment for varied departments and roles - Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people management topics - Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when require - Contribute to HR projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives - Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to the business The Successful Applicant - Previous experience within an HR Business Partner role - Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration. - Confidence in advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters - Ability to organise priorities - Capacity to hit the ground running within a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Fluent in French and English - Immediately available for an interim role What's on Offer - Temporary role within a reputable organsiation in Lausanne
