Strategy & Corporate Development Associate

As part of Avaloq's Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will help shape the company's strategic direction through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq's business. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional looking to apply strategic thinking, financial analysis, and execution excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment. Your key tasks - Support the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans - Conduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making - Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives - Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions
