Strategic HR Projects Specialist

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will contribute to global projects, from strategical design to execution: - Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out, collaborating with regions, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution - Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention - Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations - Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences - Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery - Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers   Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a globally leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection in the building sector and industry. This role offers high-visibility versatile projects and direct exposure to senior stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. You will work at the intersection of HR strategy and Employee Experience Projects , designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen our global project capabilities aligned with business strategies and drive continuous improvement efforts.
