Our client is a leading international company operating in the retail and consumer goods sector. Job Description Our client is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator & Analyst to join its team on a 9-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and analytical professional to contribute to product strategy, assortment planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities - Support product assortment planning and coordination across multiple European markets. - Analyze sales performance, product trends, and key business metrics to identify opportunities and risks. - Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. - Contribute to forecasting, seasonal planning, and assortment optimization processes. - Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems. - Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical capabilities. The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field. - Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising, business analysis, planning, or a similar analytical role. - Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, sportswear, lifestyle, or FMCG industries. - Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis capabilities. - Experience using Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools. - Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. - Fluent English is required.
