We are looking for: Head of Logistics (a) your tasks - Leadership and management of 20-30 employees in outgoing goods - Active presence and direct team management - Ensuring smooth logistics operations across two shifts (07:45 AM to 06:45 PM) - Conducting employee and disciplinary discussions in English and German - Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement

- Leadership experience in a logistic environment - Business-fluent English skills at a native level for challenging discussions - Passion for active people management - High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment - Strong communication and conflict resolution skills - Very good IT Skills (MS Office and ERP system) Is this the job for you?
