Grants Coordinator (French/English)

International humanitarian organization Job Description - Manage the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, reporting, amendments, and close-out activities. - Ensure compliance with donor requirements, contractual obligations, and internal policies. - Coordinate with programme, finance, and operations teams to gather and consolidate grant-related information. - Prepare and review high-quality donor reports and funding proposals. - Monitor grant deadlines, deliverables, and reporting schedules. - Maintain accurate grant documentation and donor records. - Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on grants management and donor compliance matters. - Contribute to effective donor stewardship and relationship management. The Successful Applicant - Proven experience in grants management, donor compliance, and institutional donor relations within the humanitarian, NGO, or international development sector. - Strong understanding of the grants lifecycle, including proposal development, reporting, and donor requirements. - Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. - Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
