Global Learning & Development Lead

As our Global Learning & Development Lead, you will shape and deliver the global learning agenda for approximately 6,000 employees across regions, functions, and business divisions. This is a highly visible role that combines strategy, transformation, leadership development, and hands-on execution to build the capabilities needed for today and the future.  

- Own, further develop and execute our global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business, talent, and culture priorities. - Lead the learning workstream of the global HRIS/LMS implementation, including governance, processes, adoption, and reporting. - Design, govern and deploy Stäubli's global leadership development framework. - Drive AI literacy (and other future-skills initiatives), promoting responsible and impactful use of AI across the organization. - Build and coordinate a global learning network, partnering with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and functional as well as local learning stakeholders. - Measure learning effectiveness, manage external vendors and budgets, and continuously improve the global learning portfolio.
