EIC Engineering Manager

- Lead and coordinate all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) activities for turnkey or consortium partner projects. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders on all EIC-related topics. - Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - Identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks, and proactively drive mitigation actions with engineering teams and suppliers. - Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations. - Drive procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluation, and contract scope reviews. - Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets, and construction-related deliverables. - Support project execution by ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.
