Monitoring subcontractors and construction/installation progress on-site while ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines. - Ensuring deadlines and schedules are met. - Leading interface meetings between engineering, coordination, and project management. - Conducting client discussions regarding the construction scope (both technical and schedule-related). - Managing and preparing site materials and logistics. - Preparing trade-specific acceptances/inspections. - Maintaining the daily site log (construction journal) and status reports as required. - Onboarding and inducting subcontractor personnel. Technical Requirements: - Quality assessment of the executed works and delivered materials. - Creating defect logs / punch lists. - Ensuring the prompt rectification of any identified defects. - Languages: German & English working at null
