Project Leader Elastic Sealants & Adhesives

In our R&D department in the area of Adhesive Systems we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Project Leader. In this versatile position you are the interface between research, production, quality assurance, marketing and application engineering, fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities:  - Independent development of products, technologies and their manufacturing processes as well as internal and external implementation - Leading of project teams; defines and calls for work packages, ensures the transfer of know-how and coordination - Contact and collaboration with internal and external interface functions - Manages the expectations of the customer and stakeholder - Technical support of the products and technologies internally and among customers - Knows and maintains state of the art technology (e.g. competitive products, specialized literature, congresses, patents) - Planning and documentation according to the process guidelines, presentations and vindication of the results/projects internally and externally - Patenting of new technologies and initiating proceeding Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a globally leading position in the development and production of systems and products for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protection in the building sector and industrial manufacturing.
