Key Responsibilities: - Phone contact with clients for credit management and debt recovery - Active listening to clients’ situations and identification of sustainable payment solutions - Negotiation of repayment plans and monitoring of agreed arrangements - Management and updating of cases in internal systems - Collaboration with the team to monitor open positions - Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach even in sensitive situations - Commercial training (commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification) - Native German and good knowledge of English - Excellent communication skills and strong customer listening abilities - Aptitude for managing customer relationships over the phone - Empathy, mediation skills, and solution-oriented mindset - Attention to detail and organizational skills - Team spirit and reliability Ideal profile - Young, motivated person eager to grow professionally - Ability to remain calm and professional even in difficult conversations - Team-oriented attitude and collaborative mindset
