Banking Specialist - Corporate Actions Processing

The Corporate Actions Processing Team manage events coming from the market affecting the characteristic, the nature, or the value of a security. These events can be mandatory, mandatory with options or voluntary. The activity includes instruction management, transaction management and inquiry management for such events. Your key tasks  - Processing and booking of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events - Managing instructions to custodians (e.g., via MT565) or through external systems - Performing cash and stock reconciliations - Handling client and internal inquiries Founded and headquartered in Switzerland, Avaloq is continuously expanding its global footprint with around 2,500 colleagues in 12 countries, and more than 170 clients in 35 countries.
